I'm just checking out a web site about memory improvement. In time I've developed my own ways to deal with learning and memorizing things...But now more than ever I'm curious about other's learning habits and triks. Is there any tips you could give me to improve my studying method? I belive there are many many ways to shake this brain of ours and wake it up!

I think I can help you with that
You should make a reviewer for every subject.read and write all the important words and formulas. Sit on a chair, not on the bed and start memorizing or understanding what you have written down in your reviwer.
Afterwards, the notes that you have read and written put it under your pillow and then sleep. lol. thid is true. it is effective

hi, thank you for help.
I've heard about the pillow system, but it sounded more like : "take the book you have to learn and put it under the pillow"..which is something closer to a magic formula than a real method. I like the combination of this system with the reviewer making that you suggest. I will just have to change my habit to keep notes distant from me at nigh as I stop studying.
sitting on a chair ?!definitely better to keep concentration alive!
