In my personal opinion it is England (but i'm biased) I would also have to put Australia and India up there as well, but india are let down by their away form and Australia simply have too many old players to still be considered the best team in the world

Ok having just witnessed Englands attrocious performance against India, maybe they are not the best cricket team (at least not at one day matches) I may have to go with India, for the ICC trophy anyway

Australia is the best as it is top of the rankings under both schemes. England is second in the test rankings followed closely by India
