How did you detached yourself from your emotion? let the emotion dive in and then detached?

I usually keep myself busy with other things -by myself-. Maybe, reading, singing, doing sport. When im busy with myself, i can detach the emotion

You are right. you can forget your problems if your attention is into different things.

I'm not sure I like the concept of 'detatching' oneself from one's emotions, I feel the key thing here is being able to release the emotion then give it up or let it go - There is nothing easier than cherishing one's hurts / fears, the hard thing is letting it go after an appropriate time and moving on with your life.

In a crisis situation I just asked myself what good getting emotional would be for the situation. If I know I can't change things, I just have to relax and accept it. I usually do. We are not going to solve the problem by getting over emotional.

yeah. you are right. we should go on with our lives and let the emotion come out. just accept and let go right. :) thanks for the response.
