This program sounds very good, but i have some questions, the first is: Is the OUGO browser convenient for us? What is the browser's font? like Internet Explorer or firefox? And the second is the browser would do harm to my computer? Many toolbar can slow down my pc indeed, will this one do?

No my dear, i am a normal PC user like you, and definitely when i had installed it for te first time i checked and verified all matters though seniors! It really posses no harm to u at all, and yes the browser's text is same as Explorer nearly
