yES you can snack when you are under pressure, if you do it right away. Eat regula meals and take a multivitamin and mineral supplement so thatwhen stress hits, ypu are already on top of the situation.You can also help your body and mind cope with stress by snacking on certain foods. Sometimes even small portions can start easing the effects of stress.

That is true especially if your snack in between meals is something that is sweet say chocolates for instance. Chocolates to some people boosts up their energy a little bit to prolong their stressful hours of work. It even works out for me. At first I thought its just a joke. But as I tried it, it really works.

I eat a chocholate in between lunch and tea. If not chocolate, some sweet with more mlk and less ghee. It helps.
