yES,automatically every 24 hours you are updated always especially if your are doing well in your discussion and posting of discussions your earning will grow faster everyday.

I don't think the ratings are updated daily, as the last time mine changed, the site closed down for a while whilst the ratings were updated. I think just your points and earnings are calculated and updated daily. Brightest Blessings.

That's right. Every 24 hours your earnings are updating, and also your rating. So, work hard and give a good responses, and i'm sure that people will rate you with a (+). I already did ;)
