How do you rate reality shows like Big Brother, Big Boss etc.

I don't think much of reality shows . I feel they are a sham.They seem to only focussed or securing high TRPs. To this end they do anything even expressions of vulgarity and useless arguments. What about you?

I love them!! I know they aren't completely real and some things are staged but I can't help but watch them!! They are my favorites!!
