Anger and me are friends. Now.

I used to get angry very often and fast. Then it was that I learnt about meditation and Yoga. I practised meditation and yoga and you would'nt believe it, In just 1 month anger and me are friends. I can control my anger as fast as I used to get angry. I hope it helps you too.

thats a great news buddy evn i get angry very quickly and slowly i am comtrolling it but at times i get angry , hope i wil try yoga too to controll my anger.

Congratulations to you. I've known for a long time that meditation and yoga can help a person curb their anger. It can also help a person lower their stress level and rise the heart to higher levels of peace and love, what to speak of true understandings of who we are. It certainly has helped me. Wouldn't it be nice if the leaders of the world would meditate?

I agree with you there. I wnated to spread the message that yoga nad meditation can curb anger. That is the reason for this post.
