new search program is it scam?

http://www.slashmysearch.com/earn/id/8579 thats what i got whan joining slash mysearch. The referal id , te same like mylot, refer them and you will earn referal fees. What do you think about this new search engine, Is it trying to out perform google?

I dont know i see alot of people referring now.Are they new or something? It seem something like kazook.net,but now are out o business.

I am in just for the money. Just to get the feel of being paid other than from mylot.which you have to spent really alot of time typing in front of your computer
