If you have 1 Million only to start a business What would it be?

It has been a long time dream of mine to have my own spa and salon business or even a restaurant business but this would cost more than a million to start. What you think could you do as a business if you have a million?

Id start a Bridal Consultant business.. I love helping new brides to be out.. Its a fun task!!

Whats with weddings? My bestfriend also dreams of having her own Wedding consultancy business...I guess a lot of us are still down right romantics in the end.

What I would like is to have a few apartments to rent out. Passive income, the Robert Kiyosaki way. But I doubt that 1 million pesos is enough.

I dont know Robert Kiyosaki but that would be a good idea to be a realtor. A million actually could start you with one apartment which would only cover maybe the downpayment and furnishings. The rest you could rent it out and it would self liquidating! Great!

If I had "only" a million dollars, my ideal business would be a hotel or small bed and breakfast/resort in a foreign country, preferably in South America or Central America and along the beach. I love to travel, I love the beach, and I love business, and the hospitality industry would encompass all of those aspects.
