tarantulas as pets

What do you think of people having tarantulas as pets, i have tree a Mexican Red Knee, hes a bit of a bugger and a Chillian Rose she is about 16 years out and lovely also i have a baby tiger rump. Ive had a Pink toe before he was lovely and friendly and had a fantastic web.

I've got a Chilean rose, she's probably around 8-9 years old. She's the sweetest pet, she's just sitting on my shoulder right now as I type. Just stay away from the blue-toed tarantulas, they're evil little buggers :) Rosies make great pets though, perfect for me because I needed something that can be left home alone for a week or two without a petsitter.
