Canada

Ive always wanted a flatter stomach, and I'm not that fat weighing at around 115lbs, i just have a bit of extra fat there. But i feel so self-conscious about it that it makes me mad. I have cut out a lot of junk foods, try to eat good portions and be more active, but what else can i do? I want to be a little more toned...=(

I would think if you could maybe do sit ups , or clenching when you are standing doing anything , anything that would make you feel that your tummy muscles were tightening , sorry If that's not much help xx

I think it will take your times and some effort to get what you want. Simple exercise like sit up can help you if you do it routine, daily. Run/jog can help to lost some pounds if you do it daily.

all you have to do basically to ensure that you will lose your belly fat, and when i say belly fat i mean the "love handles" between your belly button and waistline, is mostly cardio. Running, skating, swimming... and thing that will help and stretch it out and eventually burn it off. Running is the best thing for it tho because your body going up and down while running, stretches out the ab muscles and burns off the extra fat on top of the muscle giving you a nice defined and toned look. situps, crunchs, leg raises, and windmills are also a very good way to add definition to your stomach.
