Role Model Employee - What are the criteria? / myLot

I've been thinking this for my entire working career. Of course everybody wants to be a role model but what will be the requirements? For me: 1) Honesty 2) Sincerity 3) Commitment

Will treat the work as his own and give his best to it, no mathematical calculation of salary to work attitude is a Role Model Employee. He should give more than what he receives.

Giving more than what one receive, yes this is the ideal employee. Shouldn't we consider also how one perform in a certain task or within a set responsiblity?

i think being a best employee or a role model of one company you should have the following qualities; get a lot of respect, well educated, polite, honest, peaceful, wise, workhard, smart, sicerity.
