I'm not sure...it depends on the guy. With one of my ex boyfriends on our first date we saw Casino Royale...I didn't really like it and didn't think it was a good date movie, but he sure liked it. I don't really know what I would pick. Something romantic, but at the same time not something that is going to make the two of you uncomfortable since it is only the first date.

It really actually depends on what both of you discuss about. I am not that romantic and I love to watch horror movies and war movies than the comedy. So maybe we'll have to talk about it first and decide together.

It depends on the person. Your taste in movies is apersonal thing.I would like to see a action film or a mystery, but if he doesn't like that type of movie, maybe a comedy? Or I would ask what is his favorite old movie and we could see it.
