Standards of Happiness?

Is there any standards of happiness in the universe? If yes what is its units? How is is measured?

Each person must decide what makes them happy. It could be a smile from a child or spouse. It could be a sunrise or a sunset.It might be the rustle of the trees during a rise in the wind on a hot summer day. I think the measure of it is how good it makes your heart feel and for how long.
