do contact lense sometimes damage u r eyes

well i have heard many things from my friends about the contact lens that they would do lots of injury to our eyes if we donn't take precautions during wearing them

If you keep them absolutely clean and don't wear them longer than the type of lens is supposed to be kept in, then there's usually no problem.

I think it depends how to use it, if you know the precautions your eyes won't damage.
