How does it feel living alone??

I'd like to know the feeling of living alone myself, separate from parents and relatives. In my home country family ties have been one of the important part in a family that is why most people live next to their family, like a compound full of your relatives. I know there are pros and cons living together. But now I wanted to know what does it feel to be an independent?

I think it varies from person to person. Some people can handle living alone, rather than living with others, and normally these are the people that either work really odd hours, or have trouble compromising or communicating.
Then you have others who can't stand living alone, as they need the constant companionship, and the feeling of just knowing someone is there.
