I just got back from the book store with 2 new books! One is the New Cat Who book by Lilian Jackson Braun - "The Cat Who Had 60 Whiskers." The other is the newish Brian Jacques "Castaways of the Flying Dutchman" book "Voyages of Slaves." Actually got that one at Half Price books. When we got home we discovered theres another one in the series, "The Angel Commands" guess I need to find that one too.

I love book stores, they have so many interesting books there..I also have a libary card and check out books from there..Most of my knowledge have come from books because i did not finish school so i picked up a lot of knowledge from Books...every now and then I have to clean them out and part with some that I can part with, and keep the ones i just love...Glad to know another book reader....

you know as i said i did not finish school because i really married to young..I went to get my GED and passed it the first time and many things that helped me pass that test was just things that i had learned by reading, its just common sense things that you can read in books..then I was able to attend college and passed my cosmetology class and got my license to be a hair dresser..I know that all the knowledge that i have came from books....

I just discovered the cat who series by Braun this year! I fount two of her works in reader's digest condensed books, and I got in love with them! I just bought two of her books today, The Cat who Sang for the Birds and The Cat who came to breakfast. I'll save more money to buy them all (that's one of the reasons why I joined myLot)!

I love books, I have already written two books, picking up the pieces: a woman's journey, and now soon to be published, Angels Watching Over Me. Perhaps one day you may choose to read mine.

I had previously read that you had writen a couple of books. Now that I know their names I'll look for them. A friend of mine collected cat ghost stories (true ones) and I have a story in it. This book is called Cat Ghosts & should be out next month. I have written SF stories, but not had anything published.
