Recently i was going through depression phase say for around past 6 months..i remember each and evry day..there was immense pressure on me for each and evry day...i could certainly feel the pressure ..i jsut want to know ur advice..
now i feel like lost without any aim,ambition,loss of energy and enthusiasm ...i spend my time responding on mylot..i mean my life has become like ship without sail...can u all people help me and plz guide me properly...need ur valueable advice...

things happen..and I should congratulate whose people who haven't gone through depression and all coz I for one have been to many sorts of depression. But everytime I feel that the world seems to turn its back on me, I simply talk to God, ask for guidance...it also helps if you have somebody whom you can talk with and would be willing to spend hours listening to you and wouldn't laugh at you if you need to cry your heart out...

Yeah i know i have long life to go...but just when u encounter depression its really hard how things changed..and when u see the world moving ahead in front of you it just doesnt matters...i mean u really feel that ur kept apart and no matter how much u try to pursue urself u feel that ur alone and lonely...but really thanks for help ...atleast someone is wid me..
