Interesting....

Did you ever run into anyone famous and find out theyn are actually interesting or are just complete Morons? I've had both experiances. The first is I me Jack Roush 7 years ago at the EAA Airventure and I found him to be an amazing guy. He is very sweet and considerate of others. I see him every year now and we talk a little. This last year he brought Matt Kenseth and Kyle Edwards with him and he brought a bunch of Roush Racing hats for us volunteers. All three of them signed them for us. It was great. Now, the one who was a complete moron, I will not metion thier name, I was so disappointed. They treated me like a stupid kid and told off my mother. I'm just so amazed that some people just let fame go to thier heads and some don't. If anyone could try and explain this to me, that would be great. I just don't get it. I thought it was interesting though.

Was the guy/girl celeb that you met just one encounter or so? If so, then you should not judge their character in general based upon that one incident. We all have bad days, regular or famous. It's just that we are so caught up in the bleakness of our own lives or ourselves and even the people who cause it that we neglect the innocent people or people who admire us. However, that person may very well be spiteful. Who knows?

You have a good point, however this was not a one time encounter. He/she like that everytime I see him/her. I see him/her every year just like i see Jack every year. If it had been a one time encounter, i would have just shrugged it off.

I have met a few a couple off of the show Jackass, Dave Matthews, and a few sport personalities. I would say Dave Matthews seems cool but he just had this smartass quality to him. I was working at Ikea Seattle at the time when I was his cashier. It was policy to ask for ID when a credit card was used especially if it is a high amount being purchased. I knew he was and I felt stupid but when I asked him he made this remark as if I didn't know who he was and asked if I was going to cut it up if it declined. Like it would decline it was a black american express.
