How do you get your referrals to post?

I have a few referrals but they haven't done anything! Is there a trick to finding referrals that are actually interested in posting?

Well I have the same story, even if I tell them that site has paid still they do nothing about it. Well a sincere person is usually sincere in everything do, so now I am trying to find someone sincere to join the site.
