Trying to lose weight?

I have been trying to lose weight and have found pilaties great for an energy boost for a hard core workout afterwords.I used to drink a redbull to pep me up but haven't since the day I started pilaties.
I love it.
What do you do to shed the pounds or just maintain?

Intervals are great for weight/fat loss! Go to http://bodybuilding.com and search for intervals or HIIT. They are short and effective! I do then right after my strength training workouts and get a great workout done in less than an hour!
