What Should Martin Oneil Do To The Team

he should get rid of all the hangers on like angel,laurson and mayber mellberg. I think we need to start from the back and buy 2 world class defenders . the central midfield is pretty strong but i think we could do with 1 or 2 flar players to play on the wings maybe ..

Villa are in desperate need of a right wing back and a top class striker. After watching Everton playing nuremberg in the uefa cup, nuremberg had a player that i think would do really well in the premiership. His name was Dominik Reinhardt(sorry if I have spelt that wrong) he played right sided defence and wasn't afraid to tackle and break up play he was getting forward at every opportunity but still remembered his defensive responsibilities. Villa could at least give him a try, the team would be much more balanced with a player like him and then olof mellberg could go back to central defence and replace zak knight who is useless and has cost villa a few golas since his arrval from fulham. Villa also need a wolrd class striker that can give villa 20 goals a season. Luke Moore isn't premiership material, John Carew is good at holding up the ball and playing in other players but he doesn't score enough himself, Gabby Agbonlahor is good and seems to be improving every game, he is definately one for the future but he needs somebody he can learn from. If he got these two players in January and then made a few more top class signings in the summer i would be really excited for next season.
