Good

I got it on DVD but I didn't watch it yet. Is it any good?

I really enjoyed this movie. I am usually very good at figuring out where a movie is going, but The Illusionist surprised me. I want to see it again.

I just watched this again with my dad last night. I thought it was a very good movie. Well worth watching. The style used to shoot the movie is interesting as it is not a sharp picture more of a dark shot to show the older time period. The costumes and sets are interesting to look at also. The plot is well developed and well paced. Personally I love Ed Norton! There is not a movie that I've seen him in that isn't worth watching and The Illusionist is no exception.

As a performing magician, I thought that it was a good film despite the poor reviews that I had read about it in my professional journals and mags. I felt that the main charater truly thought like and Illusionist and I liked how his skills as a magician helps him in life. I give it a thumbs up and would recommend it.
