Good Food or Good Service?

What are the great food in your area/state? Good restaurant? How about the service? Can we get both? Japanese sushi is my favourite.I just eat and dont want look at the service even some are rude.

Unfortuantly there's almost always something wrong, but I guess it's possbile to find somewhere where everything is great.
