Usually, it depends on my mood, when I feel like eating I go for sunny side up eggs and hotdogs, when Im too lazy to cook i just go for cereal and milk.... , but when I dont have enough time I skpi break fast and have brunch ( breakfast and last ) in the middle of the day. What about you, what do you eat for breakfast?

I need to have breakfast everyday else I will get hungry and cannot work. During weekdays, I will pick up my breakfast along the way to work, save the trouble of preparing it in the morning, giving me more time to sleep. During weekend, I will make breakfast for the family, bacon, egg and bake bean. This look like a standard meal every weekend.

I normally have my breakfast every morning coz i feel that i easily develop gastric acid and if my stomach doesn't have anything to digest during work time in the morning, i really feel sluggish and awful having the burning sensation in my abdomen. I only miss to have breakfast and instead take a brunch during my day off when i can sleep more and wake up late. My regular breakfast would just be a toast or croissant with fried eggs or hotdog and sometimes cereal with some fruits...but a cup of hot tea is always present.

I used to be a traditional breakfast man back in Australia. Starting with a fruit juice, then bacon and eggs with toast, and finally a coffee. However in Thailand breakfast varies from soup to fried rice, or sometimes cereal or even the traditional Aussie breakfast. I heve a great caretaking wife. Two things that I always enjoy every morning are the fruit juice and the coffee,

I rarely eat breakfast, but if I do, my favorite is eggs over easy, diet toast with diet butter spray and fat free milk. It gives me a lot of energy and it tastes great!

I never have time for breakfast during the week. On the weekend it just depends on what time I drag myself out of bed. Cereal if I get up late, but I cook whatever I feel like (or more like what the kids feel like)if I get up in time to.

I have a smoothy made from berries, coconutoil, cinnamon, and protein powder. Supposed to be an excellent start of the day my doctor says.

Breakfast to me is essential. I usually have a large bowl of cereal during the weekdays. Wekeends I make a cooked breakfast, quite often pancakes. I can't skip breakfast because I tend to be cranky, feel sluggish, and don't funciton very well.
