I can not eat and drive. My ex would though. He would stuff his face and have crap half falling out, maybe that's why I would never even want to try it.

In my cowntry is illegal to eat or answer phone when driving. I think right.. the car is a weapon and the dirver has to be with attention to the traffic.

I have had the odd apple whilst on the road, or perhaps a Starbucks to go cup. However, I'm always very aware that I might lose control of the car! I don't know if it is illegal, I think that's just mobiles, but I think it should be. After all, both involve taking your hands off the wheel.

I have tried eating and driving at the same time but, it doesn't quite work out for me. I have almost hit someone, dropped food on myself. Yes, I do think it should be illegal; because people don't pay attention to what they are doing.

No I don't, Not because I can't but because I like to sit down and eat my food when I get home. If I'm on the road then I will because I have no choice, but other than that I just wait til I get home.

I did not often eat while I am driving but for drinking, I did sometimes, not often. When I drive in the traffic,it is possible to drink or to eat small bite. i don't think it can be a problem at all.

This depends I dont like to eat at the wheel but, if I find myself in a hurry or heading out of town and dont have time to stop yeah I will grab a burger and go, something easy to eat and that is not messy usually a small cheesburger from Mcdonalds is good to eat well driving.

I eat, drink, read, put on makeup, whatever needs to be done. I handle my father's medicine for him, bringing him a 7 day pill counter box full of his meds every Saturday and this morning I found myself putting the meds together on the way to my little boy's soccer game. Except for eating and drinking, which I feel pretty comfortable doing straight through, I limit the other activities to red lights. It sounds weirder than I think it is. Multi-tasking is a fact of my life and I try to be very careful and remain aware of what's around me, particularly since I often have my young son in the car and keeping him safe is my biggest priority.

I don't do the driving, my husband does. I can't see well enough to drive, and pretty soon he won't be able to see either, so we'll have to hire a driver. Anyway, he doesn't eat while driving. We stop somewere if we want to eat.

It should be made illegal ,just like using the mobiles while driving and this may soon becoe a ruling too, you never know. I dont hink its a good idea at all for anyoe to eat while they drive, as it can become a great distraction for anyone driving and can cause accidents as well. I personally never eat anything while driving, firstly because it disturbs my driving and my attention , obviously gets diverted, secondly it messes up my car. No matter what you may eat, a few crumbs and particles are bound to fall here and there, making a mess in your car. Its anyday a better suggestion, that incase you are hungry, stop by the side and eat something , and then resume your driving.

I often eat and drive and I can still handle it all together. Loads of people also smoke and drive or roll their cigs, that is also dangerous if you think about it
