I just got a new laptop. It's a toshiba and it wont rip cd's to the media player. It says that there's a plug-in error. I don't know anything about computers and I don't know what to do to fix this problem and it has me a little toorked off cuz i spent money on it and now it doesn't work. Can you help me figure out what to do? Do you know what's wrong with it?

it's not your laptop that has a problem it's your media player try upgrading it or install an updated media player or i suggest you to use RealOne player to rip your cd's it is a good software and very easy to use and manage. i think you will not have any problem ripping cd's using RealOne. the other good news is that RealOne is FREE.
