The website http://www.sirkussystem.com says it teaches how to create a virus and it also has some docs(tutorials) about creating a virus. Anyone knowing anything about this site, please share with us. Is the site legitimate virus making teaching website?

I've provided the info that this site has some virus downloads. I wanna learn how to create a virus so that I can create an antivirus. I wanna know if the site really teaches how to create a virus or its a scam. Please help me and others too... "Help Others...God 'll help you"

woow it's cool web site, maybe some learn about virus to know how to kill that, but other people learn about virus to make new virus and than make the anti virus(n_n). but it's ok for study
