Baby Eczema

My sweet baby girl has baby eczema. She's 6 months old and my doc said to use Jergens on it. It isn't working. Anyone else have anyother suggestions?

My son had a touch of it, the dr. said that he was allergic to some baby lotion I had put on him. He prescribed a prescription for it. Also told me to use Aveeno lotion on it and to bath him in the Aveeno powder that you can put in their bath. Don't use too much though for a baby.
