It has been 7 months since I was working a fulltime job the Company I was working for went Bankrupt and I lost my job well I collected Unemployment for 3 months then I searched my heart out to get the job I wanted well I found it and now I am very Anxious and Nervous. While I was home all this time I studied my Feild and I am in and now I am working on getting My Certification. My point is How many people feel that it is hard to get back on your feet after 7 months?

I have been out of work for a few years. it`s rough trying to get a job now or even deciding what I want to do. I have just been a housewife the past few years.

It can be extremely difficult to adjust if you haven't been working, at least part time, outside of your home.
I can understand your being nervous. Thinking about dealing with other people and their myriad sensitivities can feel overwhelming. Something that might help is your settin gperosnal goals to give you reasons beyond the basic food, clothing, and housing issues that keep people seeking employment. Be sure to reward yourself each day, if need be, for geting through the workday. Something as simple as a long bath once you get home can be the very thing that's not too expensive but serves as that pat on the back you deserve.
