Not all cartoons are bad influence. There are many good and educational ones, too. These ones will help educate our kids the right way.
What are some of the good educational cartoons you have come across? Share with us here.

Barney was my favourite when I was young too. Anyway, I lost interest in my teens. Now? Have not even watch any of it at all. Yes, I did enjoyed it.

PBS, Nickelodeon, and Disney have all been putting out some really cute cartoons in the morning hours that are educational.
When my son was in preschool, I used to like to turn these channels on for him in the morning to help him get into that mode of learning. To this day, when the kids are waiting to leave for school in the morning, they are watching one of these shows instead of Sponge Bob Square Pants.
I think it is great that they teach morals, letters, numbers, words, and even some a different language. If you watch Dora or Diego, they teach Spanish. If you watch Blues Clues, they teach Sign Language. Most people do not even realize the Blues Clues is teaching Sign Language...but when I started learning it for my youngest son, I realize that was why they were so expressive at times with their hands. :)
Thanks to all these wonderful cartoons, the children are being taught something and they often do not realize it. ha ha

Dora the Explorer is an educational cartoon that I think teaches children in a right way. Bob the Builder is another good example. Yeah, I agree not all cartoons show negative influence to children.
