Rapist still at large

About a month ago, a man broke into an 11 year old girls room and r aped her at knife point. A few days later they found a man living in an underground bunker and arrested him. it has been a month and they have just now checked his DNA. He was not the man who ra ped that girl. The authorities moved him to the state mental hospital becasue regardless the man needed help. If he was able to tell the cops that he didnt do it, they still wouldnt have believed him. He didnt even look anything liek the suspect, at all! so now the real suspect has probably changed his appearence in a way as to not look an=ything like he did, can you belive that it took a month before DNA was checked? I feel that the police doign the investigation and who arrested that man should be fired. do you?

i think we as people just sit and think what is shown to us by the media. we do not see the other side of the story. as we are not in the police department we do not understand how they work adn waht problems they face. it is best to let the government do the needful when u are unaware.
