in office, school, party everywhere we always see people getting jealous of other people for something they dont have or for something that others are having more good than ours. why we get jealous? why we do not think that we might be having some other good qualities and things that make us different from others?? is it a matter of being different? is it a matter of being unique? is it a matter of being jealous with God cause these all qualities have been awarded by him to all hummans? what are the consiquences of being jealous and what kind of after effects we can have??

Yes, you are 100 % right that people feel jealousy in these manners. I read a topinc in my text book of class 4 or 5 whose heading was "Insaan kisi hal mein khush nein rehta". Means that people needs every thing, whenever they find any thing not present to them but in others they feel jealousy. its a natural truth and also these are things which makes competiion among themselves. So this thing has bad effects in terms of jealousy but good effects in terms of Compitiion.

Jealousy is a wasted emotion, and stems from the persons own insecurities and lack of self confidence. If a person has their confidence in check, and is secure with themselves, the type of person they are, where they are in their lives, etc ... then they have no need for jealousy. Jealousy is never an outward issue ... meaning, it is never a reflection of the other person, only of the person feeling that emotion to begin with. It's something only they can work on, and it has to start with accepting and liking who you are, and being secure with your own life.
