bangkok pills are known to be truly effective. their use though is banned in the philippines. they are known to have some life threatening side effects. stay away from them and stick instead to proper diets and exercises. yoga and tae bo are among the more effective exercises known along with walking and jogging. there is a feed from one of the mylotters that an effective way to enhance weight loss shall be by taking some honey plus cinnamon dissolved in warm water. take this before you will have that breakfast. for us who wants to lose weight, taking breakfast without fail is a must. good breakfast will include fruits. pineapples, guava, apples, grapes and papayas are excellent ones.

in the phlippines, there were some reported incidents which can make one never take any of these bankok pills. reports like the loss of life of one and one who is confined to the hospital who is in a serious condition, can outweigh whatever benefits is conceived to be derived from its use.

Bangkok pills sounds like shorthand for Uppers or amphetamines or do they have ephedrine? Please explain what's in them...
