When it comes to your nicknames...

Do you changed it when you join other sites? Like for example, if you decided to join another forum, do you change your nickname? Or when you join any sites that requires one. I just join another forum, and I saw some familiar usernames. So I wonder if they're one and the same.

I'm hardly change mt nickname and I try to use it in every site or forum that I join. this way is easier for remember how to log in, and also people can recognize you from other sites.

I tend to stick to the same two nicknames for all forums/sites. It makes it easier to remember for me :)

I'm so predictable. I keep the same name, unless it isn't available, as I found it has been used in other places by someone else.

I also try to have the same nick everywhere. Lol, I am a member of so many sites, that I always know I'm in it already when my name is taken - well, in "MySpace" it was ... So I can always use the same greeting everywhere as well: Hello Earthlings! the Spacelady has landed. Now this here seems a really nice place to be.

I join a lot of forums because I love communicating with people. myLot is the only paied forum I join, but if you could take a look on Italian forums you could see my nickname everywhere. Till now I have always used my nickname "FrancyDafne" because it describes me very well. I use this nickname on mailing lists I am subscribed to, the only site in which I changed my nickname is "ebay", where I use the nickname "Wlafrancia" because I love France culture (but I am Italian).

Well it depends. On any of my Yahoo groups my nickname is generally my yahoo ID. I tend to use the same or similar names depending on the type of forum. I have social type groups like the clay group I belong to and an illness support group. Those two groups I have similar names. Online earning my name is almost always maildumpster since it is part of teh email I tie into those sites.

often times i used alias name rather that my realname or nickname especially if im talking with strangers on net.This is just for security reasons.

I seldom change my nickname, its quite hard to keep track of things if I changed my nickname with every site that I join. What I change is my password.

everything i do is usually tinam13, so whatever u joined, u might have seen me if im signed up to it. ive changed it a few times before but not many bc this one sticks with me.
