my cousin to whom im closest with will be getting married this May, im just little scared for her because i felt that she's not yet prepared to settle down.... is it ok to tell her my fears???

As for me, i think its okay.. you can tell her your concerns.. nothing wrong with that, just as long as you don't tell her what she should do (unless, you are asked to). Coz, that may offend her, she might think you are not respecting her decision. Goodluck :)
