can india be a develop country

we think at 2020 we will a develop country but in my opinion we can't be a develop country,i thought we always remembered castism, religion, reservation and other stupid thing. thses made us thinkable person who looking backward not forward. what think others.development should be seen in vill. not only metropolotan cities. reply.
