Any camera from 3 - 5 mp will be suitable. It is also good, if you think of upgrading later, to the same brandname camera so that the cost is maintained .... batteries, memory cards, printers .....etc

Before you but digital camera, you must consider the megapixel rating. The higher megapixel, means higher resolution. How ever, higher resolution require more space on the memory card. Then, you must consider the camera connection. To make your easier life, you should look for a camera with USB connection with PC. Any camera that you consider purchasing should be easy to used.
