Meditation- Does it really helps?

Have you ever practised meditation? Ihave been practising it since few years back. what i experinced was a calm and steady mind,improved concentration,less memory loss,a fresh day and many other such benifits. please let me know what you people have to say on meditating. IF u people are inteested in getting realisation and therby knowing yourself please have a visit to sahajyoga meditation and experince the feeling of divine.
