my grandpa has left us for ten years. at that time, we celebrate his birthday every year. his birthday is in july, just the summer holiday of school students. so each year all family members get together to celebrate it. there are nealy 40 persons. we will buy a large cake and hold a wonderful banquet for him. especially on his 80`s birthday, we book a cake and flowers for him. everyone is very glad to see that he is healthy and happy.

About a month ago was my grandfather's 75th birthday. My mum told him that they were taking him to a restaurant for lunch, because they were away camping on the day of his actual birthday and wanted to celebrate it with him when they got back. Meanwhile, my other aunties were organising for his cousins and other family members to travel from interstate and all round the place to come and attend a suprise party for him. He walked out onto the back verandah and everyone was waiting in the area at the bottom of the stairs for him. He was silent for about 3 minutes and just stood there crying. It was one of the most emotional things I've ever experienced.
