Yes its better to sign-in in mylot, its like just chatting. The advantage is you gain more information, more friends and most of all you earn something through discussions.

Yes i think it's a waste of time depends on you're hobby if you're really into chatting and you love knowing people through chatting then i guess it isn't a wasre of time

I dont think so.Depending on what are you chatting for.People have their own reason for chatting.Some want to meet others,some networking,some people are bored.So i guess its not a waste of time unless you are just for GP and could be doing something else more important.

I love chatting and forums. I have mobillity restrictions due to illness so it is a very big part of my social life. I don't think the quality of my life would be as good if it weren't for the friends I have made online that help make me feel more apart of things. But, some may think it is a waste of time. My husband does. Caorline

i think chatting is *not* a waste of time. everytime you engage in conversation with someone, you always learn something from them, gain new knowledge about things. and chatting is still engaging in conversation, right? only, it's done online.
