Is tattoo an art or an eyesore???

i think tatoos are an art as they look nice

I think some tatoos are pretty picture but not on aa body. Pictures are better on paper or canvas. As for tatoos they should be outlawed if it were up to me. I saw a woman in the gro store she was covered with them and behind her were 2 little girls I guess they were her daughters they had tatoos from their little knees to their ankles. It made me ill for her to put a tatoos on two little girls who were about 3 & 4 yrs old. I do not think she should have done that to them. But that is just my opinion.
