You don't need to tell your partner. Its nothing wrong in flirting. Just concentrate on your relationship with your partner and try to trust him rather making your mind on such petty things.

Say what you feel. You could open up what you feel maybe he understand what you say. Tell him that you are hurt because he flirts somebody else. There's nothing wrong to say what you feel. I do say it when my bf looks with another gf and i even fight with him because of his attitude.

Of course i hate also those always flirting somebody else, especially if that person is already married.
