Why people stress? sometimes this term happen to me when a lot of problem surounding me.Sometimes I couldn't handle it when it became worst. I pretend to deny the problem but I can't. Maybe somebody can help me to find out how to manage our stress.

stres is a feeling that is created when we to particular events.the stress response is critical during emergency situations such as when a driver has to slam on the brakes to avoid the accident.
but stress doesnt always happens in response to things that are immediate or that are over quickly.
what can we do to deal with stress overload or to avoid it in the first place???
the most helpful ethod of dealing of dealing with stress is learing how to manage the stress that comes along with any new chalenge ,good or bad.
stess management skills work best when they're used regulary not just when the pressure 's on

i'm so sorry..i haven't browse through topics that have been discuss before. That's why i just pick up topic that came out from my mind. thanks for your suggestion;)
