a WOMAN can never get RAPED??????

i heard that in a court trial (sued by a gal for she was raped by a man) the FEMALE judge wrote the final verdict (After hearing that the gal was wearing a TIGHT jeans) that the girl can never be raped (coz it needs atleats minimal cooperation from her) and so the case went down for her???????
wat do u ppl think about this?? is this right or wat?

Its really a strange decision i have never ever heard, what if there are two persons and forced her tied her or some sort of force and removed it, its rediculous to hear this, even if he is a single person he can remove it easily how much tight it may be.
if he shows her a knife or threatens her to kill her with stone how many ways and things can be made, but the judgement went to other is really very silly decision. may i know which country's vverdict was this and when did this happen actually, really i am interested to know about this funny judgement.

i read it in an article and stored it but lost the article...will search for it and tell u for sure....
but there was a lot of arguement i guess for this and after alll those only this w as awarded,( more over this was like fake case also MAY BE)...
but unless they allow (may be to save lives or etc) a woman can never be raped....rite??
