If you are to die now, where will you spend your eternity? What efforts are you making to be there. What if you misses it.

I would like to live my life as if there is a Heaven, because I want to spend my life there but at the end of my life here, if I come to know that there is no heaven, I don't mind because I would die satisfactorily thinking that I have led a good life. My life here and now is more important than the future heaven and hell.

Neither. It's the Summerlands for me. =) Of course, if we have this discussion from within the framework of the idea that this heaven/hell idea is true, then I suppose you would say I will go to hell for not believing in your God. *shrugs*

You are entitled to your opinion. It is your right but the truth is that there is God. Even the devil believes it and trembles. So i will like it if you will learn more about this God and his awesomeness. Please dont be offended with my reply but that is what i believe in and i think it is true

This is not a matter of religion but the truth. Even the devil knows that there is God and trembles at his name. So I would love you to learn more about this awsome God who made all things. He is the one who created you. Please try and learn more about Him. Hope you will not be angry with this post.

I'm not angry, but that doesn't mean I will agree with you. I have read the Bible, I have been to several different churches with family members, I have studied Christianity and other religions. I have never felt the presence of your God. That doesn't mean I am saying that your God doesn't exist, simply that my experience did not yield me any faith in him. I have held the same religious beliefs since I was a very small child. In the time since then, I have investigated many religions, but my beliefs have simply not changed. There has never been a god that I felt more attached to than the Goddess I first worshipped, and I don't expect that to change now. You say that it is "true" that your God exists, but such things cannot be proven. You could offer me the "proof" of the Bible, but I would simply say that it was no more proof than the stories my great-grandmother told me about my gods when I was a child. I am sorry that you cannot understand my refusal to abandon my own Gods for your God. I understand that you mean well.

I have never been the heaven and hell. I saw only on T.V. I used to dream the heaven was much clearer with white and a little yellow, and much nicer than we are living now. I heard people saying that they didn't want to go to the heaven to be the angels, they would have a lot of duties. They would collect the stars when the sun was shining. During the evening, they had to go to lay the star for every body can see. They wanted to go to hell, there were discotheque, game and a lot of fun there. But I prefer to see nice things in the heaven.

I think everybody makes mistakes, and sins in his/her life. Me too. The most important that we have to learn what is the love and the respect. And if we realize are sins we try to improove our selves. I do not belongs to any religion, but I belive in a God. I may not say I believe in hell or heaven. I am glad that I live. I say thank to my God every day for it. And if I have to die, I will thank to my God for giving me the possibility to try to live. The paradise is in this world, on this earth, we must to find it now. Who find his/her own happiness that find the Heaven. That is wrong if people believe, that to attend the church is enough, or praying every day is enough to get to the heaven. The God is inside us, just like the Heaven. Take my best wishes. I wish more happiness to the members of your country too.

I think I would go to heaven...for living a good life, for helping others, for beeing sorry for my sins and for having the conviction that I am really good and that I believe in the Holy Triune God.

Only my body will die but my spirit will return to God in heaven! Eventhough Scriptures said that we have to work for our salvation, but I believe that anyone who genuinely received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will be automatically heaven-bound and it was guaranteed by a God's seal which is the Holy Spirit. It is God's love, mercy and grace that He give us this greatest gift to mankind for free! Glory to God!

Well, I'm not a Christian, but I believe that if I were to die right now, I'd be wandering a great field, resting and waiting for my next life. I believe in neither Heaven nor Hell because I believe that we were put on this Earth to observe and to experience both Heaven AND Hell. What we do with our lives in the here and now is what is important, in my mind. My own opinion only, of course, I do not presume to push those beliefs on anyone else :)
