Wade Phillips, son of the great Bum Phillips, has been named as head coach of the Dallas Cowboys. Owner Jerry Jones said that Phillips demonstrated a great desire for the position than any of the other candidates he interviewed. Now it's just a waiting game.
Phillips has stated that he plans to focus on fine-tunning the defense. Where do you think he should start? Do you think he can pull this team together?

Lets not go make him something he's not. He's a good coach but his defense had been inconsistent latley. Will see what happens towards the nd fo the year

Well we were men short playing the best team in the league. we are out Terry Glenn, our starting DT and we lack Dt debth, we have practise squad guys playing that position. By the end of the year we will have tank Johnson, terry glenn will be back causing another headache for Defensive coordinators, Anthony Henry will Healthy. Terrence Newmans foot tear will make him able to run faster.
As you can see we had problems but we still managed to give the Pats fits. Imagine when we are 100% what we can do. Will see hopefully in the superbowl
