I agreen with gay marriage. If a gay couple want to be happy and make a familly why they can't?? I think it should be possible in anywhere. If I were adopted by a gay couple I could be very happy as I am now.
If a couple want to marry - gay or not - they sould marry!

I think it is best if we first look at the flashpoint of this issue namely the usage of the word marriage. The notion of marriage has been for ages pinned to the concept of holy union between a man and a woman.
From my point of view, I think it would not have been much noise if people stop comparing the marriage that gay people want from the old religious one. From what I understand, gay people want to get marriage to acquire a sense of stability both emotionaly and legally. They are not seeking a blessed religious union. If only people stop and think hard for a moment they will realize that there should have never been an issue in the first place!

I am for gay marriage. If two people love eachother enough, they should be allowed to marry.

i think it is a positive thing as all hetrosexual couples have the choice to secure their future with a partner and i feel that any gay couple who want this commitment should be entitled to it aswell.
i cannot see a negative really as alot of hetrosexual marriages fail but we have not stopped them from marrying yet have we?
and as far as adoption i think this is a good thing if they offer a secure and loving home then why not, all the normal checks are carried out to ensure the childs safety the same as they would be if the child was to go to a hetrosexual couple.

I am personally against gay marriage as I strongly believe marriage is between a man and a woman and I also believe that a child should have a mother and a father.
This is not to say that I am anti-gay. Whatever and whomever people do and fall in love with is their own deal and no one on earth can judge them for it.

I am all for gay marriage. Why should we think that homosexuals aren't capable of being in a nurturing, loving, committed relationship? To me the whole ban on gay marriage is ridiculous. My Aunt has been with her partner for over 15 years. My Aunt was also married before then to a great man, they had 2 kids and everyone is cool with the situation. They are best friends and both always attend family get togethers. And my cousins are incredible people, due to the involvement of both parents, it made no difference my aunt is gay, she's still a great mom. There's a lot of places to go with this discussion. Maybe if gays were allowed to marry there would be a slow down of the AIDS epidemic in the gay community, maybe neglected kids waiting to get adopted would find a stable home, the list goes on..
