Which do you find is easy?

Another factor may be how much someone is willing to reveal. Starting discussions that are of a personal nature and thus considered emotional, or making responses of this kind takes more than the usual bit out of someone. It is not unexpected that not everyone is comfortable about sensitive topics.

Yes answering to emotional subjects can be really tiring. It drains too much mental and emotional energy. Specially after putting your best you get a comment that is rude and nasty. This makes matters worse. There are times when I find it difficult to find topics I could comfortably respond to that I end up turning my computer off and do other things worthwhile.

I also find it easier to answer non-emotional topics but for a different reason. Emotional topics make me think harder and by the time I have typed in an answer I have decided it is a stupid, childish, foolish etc. answer. Then I write a new one. And then another. and then another. Eventually I give up and decide I will think about it and try again, later.

Emotional topics ,to an extent,are okay for me ,but if I was to choose ,then I'd bend towards the non-emotional catagory.It could be anything Science,society,technology,media,future,medicine,mind,health,sports,Mylot .Well,literally anything that is not too personal in nature.

I dont really have a preference, but I find that asking emotional questions gets a response faster, because a lot of times, people find they have something they just have to say.
